By placing a Delayed Dispatch order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order and keep a copy for your records.</p><p data-end="742" data-start="706"><strong data-end="742" data-start="706"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Placing a Delayed Dispatch Order</span></strong></p><p data-end="1001" data-start="744">Delayed Dispatch orders (&#x201C;Delayed Dispatch Orders&#x201D;) are for products (&#x201C;Products&#x201D;) that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. These Products may be delayed due to stock unavailability or because the Product has not yet been released for general sale.</p><p data-end="1350" data-start="1003">To place a Delayed Dispatch Order, you must provide accurate information, including but not limited to your name, email address, delivery address, and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct and up-to-date. We cannot guarantee updates or delivery if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.</p><p data-end="1364" data-start="1352"><strong data-end="1364" data-start="1352"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Payments</span></strong></p><p data-end="1717" data-start="1366">Payments for Delayed Dispatch Orders represent your offer (&quot;Offer&quot;) to purchase the product when it becomes available for dispatch. Full payment is required at the time of ordering, but this does not guarantee availability. Your order is only confirmed once we accept the payment and allocate stock.</p><p data-end="2052" data-start="1719">The dispatch date for delayed dispatch items is currently set to the <strong data-end="1805" data-start="1788">31st of March</strong>, with shipments occurring no later than <strong data-end="1866" data-start="1846">the 6th of April</strong>. While we will strive to meet this schedule, please be aware that delays may occur, and we cannot be held liable for any changes to the dispatch date or any delay in stock availability.</p><p data-end="2195" data-start="2054">You may cancel your Delayed Dispatch Order and receive a full refund at any time between paying in full and the dispatch date of the Product.</p><p data-end="2209" data-start="2197"><strong data-end="2209" data-start="2197"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Delivery</span></strong></p><p data-end="2582" data-start="2211">Where possible, orders will be shipped as soon as practicable, subject to product availability. The dispatch date for Delayed Dispatch items is currently scheduled for <strong data-end="2400" data-start="2379">the 31st of March</strong>, with dispatches happening no later than <strong data-end="2462" data-start="2442">the 6th of April</strong>.
