CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD
For all eligible orders placed between 1 December and 31 December 2024, the return window is extended to 31 January 2025. This extended policy supersedes the standard fourteen (14) day return period for orders placed within the specified date range only. 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Our 14-day return policy remains applicable for all other orders. This means that, outside of the extended return period, you have 14 days to return your goods from the date you receive them.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Order Date: To qualify for the extended return period, orders must be placed between 1 December and 31 December 2024.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must comply with the following conditions, as outlined in our standard return policy:
  • Items must be in unused condition.
  • Items must include all original tags and labels.

RETURN PROCESS
Returns must be initiated through our returns portal. The return process and associated fees are consistent with the terms outlined in the standard return policy.

RETURN PROCESSING FEES

• For UK mainland returns, a £2.50 return and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For international returns, shipping costs vary by country and service used. A £2.50 return processing fee will be deducted once the item is received back at the warehouse and passes inspection.

REFUNDS
Refund processing times remain unchanged. Please allow up to three (3) weeks from the date of return shipment for your refund to be processed. You will receive updates on your return status via email or SMS. For refund inquiries, contact us at: [email protected].

EXCEPTIONS
The extended return period does not apply to defective or damaged products. Customers returning such items should contact support directly to arrange a return.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
This extended return period modifies only the return window for qualifying orders. All other conditions outlined in the primary return policy remain unchanged. Ambela reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms or are initiated after the extended return period.

This policy appendix is effective as of 18 December 2024, and applies exclusively to orders placed between 1 December and 31 December 2024.
