While we don't currently offer exchanges, getting the perfect item is easy! Simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the replacement. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return.

To return an item, You can start a return by using our online returns portal. 
A £2.50 processing fee applies per order, this will be deducted from your refund. 

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, discount, or store credit.
