Christmas DeliveryUpdated 4 months ago

Due to our launch on 18 December 2024, and it being the Christmas period, we are expecting there to be increased dispatch times. 

Pre-Christmas Delivery

For orders placed between 18 December and 21 December, please allow up to 72 hours (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) for dispatch from our warehouse. 

Any order placed on Wednesday 18 December and Thursday 19 December before 2pm, will be dispatched before or on Saturday 21 December. 

For UK orders, Royal Mail has set Saturday 21 December as their latest posting date for arrival before Christmas for the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which we use. Therefore, any UK orders placed on Wednesday 18 December and Thursday 19 December before 2pm should arrive before Christmas Day. Please note, Ambela is not able to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on any order. 

International (non- mainland UK) orders will be dispatched along with UK orders above. International delivery times vary and may increase further due to holidays over the festive period.

Please note, orders are dispatched from earliest made. We are expecting an influx of orders around our launch time on Wednesday 18 December and so even orders made quickly after our launch may be delayed in dispatch.

Please check your confirmation email and ensure that all details are correct, including delivery address, and please get in touch as soon as possible if any error has been made. We are expecting an increase in demand on our customer support during and just after our launch period. We will always do our best to correct the error before dispatch but please do let us know at the earliest possible opportunity. Alternatively, if an error has been made, you will have the option to cancel your order in your confirmation email.

Delivery and Dispatch over the Christmas Period

Our warehouse will be continuing to dispatch orders over the festive period. We will be closed during banks holidays- Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day- and on Sundays. Due to closures on these days, please allow an increased dispatch time during this time.

Customer Support

Our customer support team will not being working on UK bank holidays or Sundays over the festive period. Customer support response times may increase during the festive period. Please refer to our other articles within our support centre. We will reply to your request at the earliest possible opportunity.
