Delayed Dispatch Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you purchase a product from Ambela.co.uk as part of our Delayed Dispatch sale. By placing a Delayed Dispatch order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order and keep a copy for your records.

Placing a Delayed Dispatch Order

Delayed Dispatch orders (“Delayed Dispatch Orders”) are for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. These Products may be delayed due to stock unavailability or because the Product has not yet been released for general sale.

To place a Delayed Dispatch Order, you must provide accurate information, including but not limited to your name, email address, delivery address, and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct and up-to-date. We cannot guarantee updates or delivery if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Payments

Payments for Delayed Dispatch Orders represent your offer ("Offer") to purchase the product when it becomes available for dispatch. Full payment is required at the time of ordering, but this does not guarantee availability. Your order is only confirmed once we accept the payment and allocate stock.

The dispatch date for delayed dispatch items is currently set to the 31st of March, with shipments occurring no later than the 6th of April. While we will strive to meet this schedule, please be aware that delays may occur, and we cannot be held liable for any changes to the dispatch date or any delay in stock availability.

You may cancel your Delayed Dispatch Order and receive a full refund at any time between paying in full and the dispatch date of the Product.

Delivery

Where possible, orders will be shipped as soon as practicable, subject to product availability. The dispatch date for Delayed Dispatch items is currently scheduled for the 31st of March, with dispatches happening no later than the 6th of April. Please note that this date may be subject to change, and if there are any further delays, we will inform you promptly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Delayed Dispatch Order and receive a full refund at any time between paying in full and the dispatch date of the Product.

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date the order was received at the specified delivery address. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Additional Terms

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
