RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date the order was received at the specified delivery address. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return part or all of an order, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and use our returns portal to retrieve a postage label. Please note, that we do charge a £2.50 return & processing fee per return from UK mainland when using this service. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 3 weeks from sending your return for your refund to be processed. We will keep you updated about your return via email. Please get in touch via email at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
