We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy for any reason, you may return your order to us for a refund in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date the order was received at the specified delivery address.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK customers who return their entire order within this returns window, and whose items meet the conditions of this policy, are also entitled to a refund of the standard outbound delivery charge paid at checkout.
Please note: this entitlement applies only where the full order is returned. Outbound delivery costs are not refundable when only part of the order is returned or where premium/express delivery services were selected.
RETURN PROCESS
To return part or all of an order, place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and use our returns portal to generate a postage label.
A £2.50 return and processing fee applies per UK mainland return when using this service. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international customers, return and processing fees vary by country. Please review the relevant fee before using our returns portal.
