Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A typical refund can take up to 14 days.

A £2.50 processing fee applies per order, this will be deducted from your refund. 

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
